⭐️ BEDROOMS
This beautiful two-story newly renovated home has four gorgeous bedrooms with comfortable mattresses, pillows and luxury bedding for long nights of blissful sleep. Upper-level features a Grand Master ensuite with a King bed overlooking incredible mountain and city views, 65-inch TV, a large sofa for seating and jetted tub with walk-in closet. Lower-level features a large Master Bedroom with King bed overlooking the incredible mountain and city views. It features a large closet and a bench. Lower level also features a Guest Bedroom with a King bed and a Bunk Bedroom with two Full-on-Full bunk beds (can sleep up to 8). Each bedroom has a flat screen TV with Roku and ceiling fans

⭐️ BATHROOMS
This home features three full bathrooms and a half bathroom. Upper-level features the ensuite attached to the Grand Master Bedroom. It has doubles sinks, jetted tub and a very relaxing and comforting walk-in shower with stone floor. Upper-level also has a powder room with sink and toilet. Lower-level bathrooms feature walk-in showers. All bathrooms boast expansive vanities with ample storage and high-quality luxury towels

⭐️ KITCHEN, DINING & LIVING ROOM
Upper-level welcomes you to an open concept kitchen-dining-living area perfect for family gatherings. Lots of counter space to work with and everything you need to prepare your favorite meal. The large wood dining table can easily seat 8 with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen counter. The Living Room seating overlooks the beautiful views and has a gas fireplace. Access the upper-level balcony to enjoy the views and immerse yourself in the elements. Kitchen is fully stocked and includes pots, pans and cutlery. Kitchen features all stainless-steel appliances with gas cooktop, range, dishwasher, Instapot, waffle maker, blender and microwave. Wake-up in the morning to the smell of freshly brewed coffee at the coffee station. COFFEE IS ALWAYS ON THE HOUSE!!

⭐️ FAMILY ROOM
Lower-level is the perfect space to unwind with your family. Relax in the large Family Room and stream your favorite movie/show on the 65-inch TV. There is a wet bar with mini fridge and microwave. Bring your drinks and get creative! Family Room also features an electric fireplace, pool table, air hockey table and ample seating space for the whole family. Access the lower-level balcony and dwindle off into the night in the warm and cozy hot tub with stunning views and privacy

⭐️ BALCONY
Each level has access to the outdoor deck with outstanding views. Upper-level balcony features a gas grill and a large table with center firepit with seating for 8 around it. Lower-level has the hot tub and some additional seating area

⭐️ FIREPLACE
Electric fireplace present in the lower-level Family Room and Theater Room. Gas fireplace in the upper-level Living Room and gas firepit in the upper-level balcony. Please do not use outdoor firepit during high winds. Turn off when not in use

⭐️ HOT TUB- USE RESPONSIBLY.
No children under the age of 18 permitted at any time without adult supervision. Pets are not allowed. Do not use the hot tub if you are intoxicated, pregnant or have significant medical problems. Consult with your physician prior to use. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Stunning three tier seating with incredible state-of-the-art 5.2.1 surround sound system and 86-inch TV. Enjoy your favorite movies or shows for endless hours of entertainment. Please DO NOT touch any Audio-Video equipment or change any settings

⭐️ PUTT-PUTT GOLF
This outstanding custom-made course will offer hours of fun for the whole family. No need to go out to play golf and wait your turn. This is your private course and you don’t have to wait in line. Three courses offer challenges for different skill levels. Junior golfers are welcome too!! No swing shots or air shots. DO NOT attempt to open the overhead door unless in an emergency situation

⭐️ COMMUNITY POOL
Pool is right across the house. It is seasonal – only during summer months (Usually sometime in May to sometime in September). Key fob needed to enter the pool and will be present when you check-in. NO lifeguard on duty. Must follow ‘Pool Rules’ listed at the pool. HOA reserves the rights to revoke access to pool if guests are found to be violating pool rules. NO refunds will be issued in that case and NO exceptions. Please DO NOT misplace the key fob to enter the pool or take it home with you. There will be a $50 charge to replace the key fob. Rarely, HOA may close the pool down for a couple days for maintenance which is unannounced and not in our control

⭐️ PRIVATE PARKING
Two cars can easily park in the driveway. Additional cars will need to be parked on the street. Do not block any mailboxes

⭐️ EV CHARGER
Level-2 EV charger installed in driveway for guest use at no additional charge. Tesla-owners will need to bring their own adapter

⭐️ ENTRY
Front door is equipped with an electronic keypad. A personalized door code will be sent before your stay. Front door also has Ring doorbell camera. Please note that the entry code is programmed to start working at 4 PM on the day of your check-in unless an early check-in has been approved

⭐️ INTERNET
High speed (300 Mbps) wireless internet provided to guests at no extra charge

⭐️ LAUNDRY
Washer & Dryer located in the lower level. Detergent pods provided to get started. Iron & Iron board present

⭐️ SOAPS & SUPPLIES
Our cleaning service provides start-up supplies including: paper towels, dish soap, dish washer soap, kitchen trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and bathroom trash liners. Depending on your length of stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out

⭐️ JUNIOR GUESTS
Infants and children welcome. High chair and Pack ‘N Play provided

⭐️ TV
All rooms and common areas have flat-screen TVs with Roku. Bring your own access/password for Netflix/Disney etc. and enjoy

⭐️ REMOTES
House has multiple remotes for TVs, ceiling fans and lights, LED light strips, electric fireplace. For the enjoyment of guests, several remotes have been mounted on the walls to prevent inconvenience arising from missing remotes. Please do not remove these remotes from their wall mounted positions. Please leave the TV remotes in their respective rooms

⭐️ LED LIGHT STRIPS
LED light strips present in the Theater Room, Arcade Room and Putt-Putt Golf course. Feel Free to select your favorite color and settings. DO NOT remove the remotes from the wall

⭐️ ROADS & ACCESS TO PROPERTY
Paved roads to the property all along. Easy to get to. No super-steep drives!

⭐️ CAMERAS
Ring door-bell camera present at main entrance. Ring security flood light camera also present over the driveway and side entrance

⭐️ RENTERS AGREEMENT & SECURITY DEPOSIT
Must sign Renters’ Agreement. There will be a $500 security hold on your credit card which will be released within 7 days of completing the stay if no damages are found. No exceptions

⭐️ REFUNDS
No refunds for flight delays/cancellations, weather, weather-related issues or natural disasters. No refunds outside of cancellation window. Please consider travel insurance. NO exceptions will be made
